Work Environment\n

This role is fully telehealth-based, allowing for flexibility in work location while delivering essential services to our clients. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to identify their specific needs and establish treatment goals.

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, providing comprehensive support through various stages of recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and recovery-oriented approaches is essential.

• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy in addiction treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
