Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health status through video consultations, ensuring a thorough understanding of their emotional and psychological needs.

• Craft individualized treatment plans that are adapted to each client's unique conditions, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions via telehealth, using both individual and group formats to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client information accurately and maintain compliance with confidentiality laws.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the overall care process, creating a network of support for clients.

• Provide clients with practical tools and strategies to manage their challenges, offering resources for additional support when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will allow you to work with a diverse client population, addressing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, eating disorders, and substance abuse. By providing culturally responsive care, you will ensure that all clients receive treatment that respects their individual backgrounds and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and best practices for treatment, including evidence-based approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
