Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify their specific needs and concerns, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a *Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)* in the state of California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in providing mental health counseling, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with clients facing emotional challenges.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, enhancing the efficiency of documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from *$78,000 to $115,000 annually*, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
