Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally competent assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns and formulate appropriate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each client, utilizing effective methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment that empowers clients to explore their challenges and achieve their objectives.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their immediate safety and connection to necessary resources.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously; maintaining confidential and accurate client records including treatment plans and session notes, in alignment with ethical practices and legal regulations.

• Collaborate with our diverse team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings to enhance treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources while advocating for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
