Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to address and improve clients’ mental health.

• Creating a safe space for clients to discuss their emotions and life experiences, enabling them to gain insights about themselves and their relationships.

• Serving as an advocate for clients, assisting them in defining personal goals and navigating their mental health journeys.

• Evaluating clients' mental health status and collaborating with them to develop and implement tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proficient computer skills, enabling efficient management of telehealth sessions and client communication.
