Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, guiding them through their clinical experiences and ensuring they meet competency standards.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address varied emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs, tracking progress and adjusting interventions as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to fulfill clinical requirements and support ongoing treatment and supervision.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will engage with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. Our focus is on providing equitable access to quality mental health care, utilizing telehealth solutions to ensure that distance is not a barrier to receiving treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid state license as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and part-time status. Our compensation structure is above market standards, offering unlimited earning potential for dedicated therapists.
