Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of your assigned clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments according to the DSM V diagnostic criteria, ensuring appropriate levels of care and treatment plans are developed.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and workshops centered around various topics, including parenting and coping strategies, to empower clients with knowledge and skills.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes, treatment plans, and statistical reports to support quality care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Meet productivity expectations by properly managing and billing for a designated number of reimbursable therapy hours, while also ensuring exceptional care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required.

• You must possess current Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, or be in the process of achieving licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and experience in delivering remote therapy sessions would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
