Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnosis and develop personalized care plans.

  Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic strategies that cater to individual patient needs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

  Prepare and maintain accurate and timely treatment records and clinical documentation to comply with regulatory standards and best practices, leveraging current technology to streamline processes.

  Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to formulate comprehensive treatment strategies that address both mental health challenges and lifestyle factors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Habit Growth Solutions, you will work primarily with diverse adult patients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Your role involves applying culturally sensitive practices to tailor interventions that respect the unique backgrounds and needs of each patient. Compensation and Benefits\n
