This position is entirely remote, providing therapists with the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a structured schedule. Our remote therapy model allows for a work-life balance, where you have the liberty to create your own schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing, ensuring a high level of clinical care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• An independent license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills along with proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health record management.
