Key Responsibilities\n

The responsibilities of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker include, but are not limited to:

• Providing psychotherapy and mental health services that are culturally competent and tailored to the individual needs of patients.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to inform treatment plans.

• Developing, executing, and modifying evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with patients, based on their evolving needs.

• Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting interventions as necessary, and ensuring that care is coordinated with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand mental health conditions, treatment paths, and available community resources.

• Upholding the highest ethical standards and professional practices, including maintaining confidentiality, obtaining informed consent, and adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Many of our clients face barriers to accessing traditional therapy services, and as such, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment that addresses their unique challenges and fosters recovery.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health services to diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
