Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their mental health status, including the use of diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Based on these assessments, you will devise individualized treatment plans that cater to the diverse cultural backgrounds and specific needs of each patient.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to support patients' mental health diagnoses, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely treatment records and documentation utilizing electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive care plans that aim for tangible outcomes while fostering a supportive environment.

• Coordinate referrals to other health or social service providers, effectively linking patients with the resources they need for comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
