Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work from the comfort of your home or any preferred location. While clinical interactions with patients will primarily be held virtually, you will have the full support of our central office team and access to a wide array of resources. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and initial screenings to identify patient mental health needs accurately, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic frameworks.

• Provide individual counseling sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to address an array of psychological concerns.

• Facilitate online therapy groups tailored to various themes, such as anxiety management and stress relief, enabling shared experiences and communal support among participants.

• Collaborate directly with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to devise integrated treatment plans, ensuring each patient's care pathway is holistic and personalized.

• Participate actively in community outreach events and mental health awareness campaigns to foster understanding and decrease stigma associated with mental health issues.

• Maintain meticulous patient records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and clinical best practices, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.

The clients you will serve come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, including those coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Many of our clients seek therapy as a proactive measure to enhance their mental health. Thus, your innovative approach and engagement with diverse client types will be instrumental in helping us meet their unique mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health issues predominant in various demographics and a genuine passion for client advocacy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with patients and collaboration with healthcare partners.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored for remote mental health interventions, including teletherapy protocols.

• A clear ability to work independently while managing a diverse caseload of clients effectively, prioritizing tasks with cut-throat efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits\n
