Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique requirements.

• Collaborate with clients regularly to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and modify treatment strategies as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interventions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

• Maintain complete and timely documentation in compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards, utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR) for accurate record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development initiatives to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
