Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote mental health and empowerment.

• Engage with clients to explore their emotions and experiences, facilitating deeper insights that lead to enhanced personal development and self-awareness.

• Serve as an advocate for clients by helping them define personal goals, guiding them through treatment planning, and ensuring they have access to necessary resources.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement strategies that draw from your clinical expertise.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress while ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are pre-screened and consist mainly of stable adults with low acuity mental health needs. Your practice will not involve severe mental health crises, allowing for a focus on therapeutic growth and stabilization. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess a valid and unrestricted professional license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must be able to practice independently without supervision.

• Ability to evaluate client needs and make informed treatment recommendations.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding when working with clients.

• Proficient in using technology and comfortable operating in a fully remote counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your hours worked and experience.
