Work Environment\n

This role is remote, offering flexibility while connecting directly with school environments. You will work collaboratively with teachers, educational staff, and families to provide behavioral health support and interventions tailored for students. The remote setting allows you to utilize digital tools for communication, case management, and telehealth services, which enables you to extend your reach to those who may struggle to access in-person care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Work directly with students experiencing symptoms of major mental illness or severe emotional disorders through both virtual and telephonic interactions.

• Assist in developing and implementing integrated care plans that ensure access to a comprehensive range of behavioral health services.

• Conduct screenings using evidence-based assessments, and, when necessary, arrange detailed evaluations to meet client needs.

• Collaborate with educational professionals and family members to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to student mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed and engage with students in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment outcomes to contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

• Serve as an on-call resource during and after program hours to support students and families in crisis.

• Participate in agency committees focused on enhancing service delivery and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within Bayfront Healthcare Center.

This position primarily serves the student population, addressing mental health issues that arise within educational settings. Your work will include supporting those affected by anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and other mental health disorders, ensuring they have the resources necessary to thrive academically and emotionally. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions, including crisis management skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
