In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions such as trauma and personality disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.

• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in partaking in multidisciplinary teams and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), would be advantageous. Experience working within an outpatient setting is also considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
