Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our practice, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based individual and couples therapy sessions to clients of varying age ranges, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Utilizing our professional billing service to streamline claims, manage client and insurance accounts, perform benefit and eligibility checks, and set up payment plans as necessary.

• Completing timely documentation and record-keeping for all client interactions, ensuring adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards.
\n
• Scheduling and managing ongoing appointments, keeping your calendar updated to offer flexibility while accommodating client needs.
\n
• Demonstrating the ability to work with diverse clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic techniques to best support the unique challenges presented by each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, offering therapy services to individuals and couples who present with a variety of mental health concerns. Your contributions will be instrumental in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship discord, trauma, and more. By fostering a supportive environment, you will aid clients in navigating their therapeutic journeys while promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Professionalism and the ability to maintain excellent therapeutic boundaries.

• Strong cultural competency along with self-motivation and effective organizational skills.

• Availability to work full-time, dedicating a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, with the requirement to work at least 2 evenings weekly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a robust benefits package including:
