Our operational hours span from 7 am to 10 pm, seven days a week, accommodating a diverse client base with varying schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' trauma histories and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Developing personalized and evidence-based treatment plans that facilitate trauma recovery and resilience.
\n
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions focused on trauma processing, coping strategy development, and enhancement of emotional well-being.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to guide your practice.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and address the complex needs of each client.

• Providing crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely support.

• Facilitating educational sessions for clients and their families on trauma responses and helping them access necessary resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adept communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to client care.

• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and high-stress circumstances.
