Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing meaningful rapport and fostering positive relationships while upholding professional boundaries and ethical practices.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment interventions, for each client in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate courses of action.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical practice and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a varied patient population consisting of adults, children, and families navigating mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must possess an unrestricted, independent, active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• Strong proficiency in using technology for clinical documentation and client management, including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
