This remote position allows for flexibility while ensuring you have access to comprehensive resources and support from our Phoenix-based team. Our clinicians have the freedom to set their own schedules, with availability from Monday to Saturday. We also provide in-house credentialing and assist with managing insurance participation and patient scheduling, ensuring that our therapists can concentrate on delivering quality care without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring your clinical interventions based on client needs and therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive initial evaluations, triaging care accordingly to ensure the right level of support is provided from the outset.

• Engage in consistent communication with colleagues about assessments, treatment progress, and interdisciplinary care plans through detailed documentation and regular meetings.

• Provide case management services by collaborating with hospital staff and community professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary care and resources for assigned patients.

• Demonstrate ethical practices in all documentation and ensure timely completion of all necessary records and reports.

• Implement evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support patients in achieving their individualized service plans.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
