This position is remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to manage their own schedules without a minimum requirement for hours. Our dedicated Care Coordination Team handles back-end operations such as billing and administrative tasks, ensuring you can concentrate on your clinical skills and patient interactions.

• Participate in Monthly Peer Groups to foster collaboration and growth among your colleagues, though participation is optional.

• Maintain direct access to our Clinical Operations Teams for ongoing support and guidance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on individuals seeking assistance in modifying their relationship with alcohol. Many of our clients may be exploring harm-reduction strategies, which require counselors to understand and respect their choices, whether they seek moderation or abstinence. Your empathy and strong clinical engagement skills will be critical in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys, utilizing community recovery support options like AA, Smart Recovery, or Moderation Management as needed.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in the state of Texas is required.

• Proven experience or training in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Strong understanding of harm-reduction models and community support resources that can benefit our clients.

• Exceptional clinical engagement skills, demonstrating a high level of empathy and compassion for clients.
