Our support structure includes a dedicated Clinical Operations Team and a Best-In-Class Care Coordination Team, providing you with the resources necessary to focus on your clients without the burden of extensive administrative tasks. You'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and manage your client load according to your preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients experiencing concerns related to alcohol use, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Foster empathetic clinical engagements, building trusting relationships with clients to promote their healing and recovery journey.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and needs, ensuring a harm-reduction approach where applicable.
\n
• Provide support and education regarding community recovery resources such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Smart Recovery, and Moderation Management, encouraging clients to integrate these options into their overall treatment.

• Participate in clinical reviews and consultations with the Clinical Operations Team to stay updated with best practices and treatment guidelines.
\n
• Optionally, lead group therapy sessions and support groups, creating an inclusive environment for shared experiences among clients.
\n
• Contribute to the development of research and publication efforts within the field of mental health and substance use treatment, collaborating with a network of professionals.

• Access professional development opportunities, including receiving annual Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits, which are paid for by the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients seeking to alter their relationship with alcohol, which may include individuals who wish to moderate their consumption as well as those striving for abstinence. Understanding your clients’ varied needs is crucial, as many will come from different backgrounds, each with unique circumstances and motivations for seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Experience with therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Proven skills in clinical engagement, critical thinking, and empathy, allowing you to effectively connect with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, along with potential bonuses.
