We operate seven days a week, providing services from 7 am to 10 pm, ensuring that our clients have options that fit their schedules while empowering our team with flexibility.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and develop appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Formulate, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that guide clients through processing trauma and developing effective coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive care, ensuring clients receive holistic treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients are safe and supported.
\n
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to enhance their understanding and participation in the healing process.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing insights focused on trauma-informed care and best practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in trauma therapy to continually enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to clients.
