Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and initial screenings to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Design and implement treatment protocols based on evidence-based practices, adapting methodologies to suit each client’s unique challenges and recovery goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches to encourage healing.

• Work in close collaboration with fellow treatment team members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure that clients are receiving comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their mental health.

• Engage and educate clients’ families about the therapeutic process, enabling them to participate effectively in their loved one’s recovery.

• Maintain all patient records with precision and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards throughout your practice.

Qualifications\n
