Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of clients.

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches, tailored to individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients, fostering an environment of shared goals and integrated treatment strategies.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations to uphold best practices in client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a sign-on bonus, health, dental, and vision insurance, and liability malpractice insurance. Valley Spring Recovery also supports its counselors through reduced administrative burden via assistance with billing and documentation, allowing you more time to focus on client care.
