Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet clients’ specific mental health needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological functioning and develop detailed, personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each session in alignment with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Stay updated with new therapeutic techniques and methodologies to enhance client care, and actively participate in professional development activities.

• Engage in regular supervisions and team meetings to collaborate on client care and contribute to the improvement of clinic services.

• Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and respect for client dignity in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients primarily consist of individuals grappling with anxiety, trauma, depression, and stress-related disorders. Many clients come from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, requiring sensitive and inclusive approaches to therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active State Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Freeman Center offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we provide our counselors with:
