Work Environment\n

This role operates within a fully remote work setting, allowing for flexibility and comfort as you engage with clients. Our outpatient office is structured to accommodate treatment via digital means while ensuring effective collaboration with our multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Although primarily remote, some in-person collaboration may occur as needed. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, including the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, particularly focusing on cultural competency and the latest therapeutic practices.

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrant communities. Qualifications\n

• A relevant Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is required.
