Key Responsibilities\n

In this position, you will:

• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions for adults via secure live video, providing therapeutic support across a broad spectrum of mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Utilize clinical assessment tools to track client progress, ensuring treatment plans are personalized and responsive to the client’s evolving needs.

• Document therapy sessions and client interactions efficiently through our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) platform, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to discuss complex cases and seek guidance when necessary, fostering a supportive work environment where shared learning is prioritized.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primarily adult clientele will include individuals from varied backgrounds who present with diverse psychological needs. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
