Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary patient population includes students facing various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. The therapist will not only support their mental health but also empower them to navigate the pressures of academic life, social interactions, and personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and collaboration with psychiatry for informed patient care.

• Proven clinical skills in achieving successful treatment outcomes with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
