Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms and create a trusting relationship with clients to ensure accurate evaluations.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to design individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and goals for therapy.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, therapeutic processes, potential treatment paths, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and active participation in their mental health journeys.

• Continuously monitor client progress through effective tracking methods and adjust treatment strategies as needed, focusing on their evolving needs.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that encompasses both therapeutic practice and medical treatment.

• Stay informed of the latest research and developments in mental health to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of all client encounters, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to advance your clinical skills and share insights with colleagues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
