Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, facilitating a deeper understanding of what each client experiences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customized to align with each client's goals and preferences.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services, ensuring techniques are adaptable to the client's evolving needs and responsiveness throughout their treatment journey.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and essential self-care strategies that aid recovery and promote resilience.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maintain alignment with therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support individuals diagnosed with mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, or LMFT in California is mandatory.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly CBT and DBT, is essential.
