This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, utilizing technology to meet the needs of clients through telehealth. The work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some potential for flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity of client data and safeguarding their privacy.

• Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to enhance the quality of care delivered.

You will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
