We promote a healthy work-life balance with standard work hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate symptoms related to mood disorders, documenting severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate effectively with clients to design individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving their personal goals and enhancing overall well-being.

• Implement and facilitate evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Provide essential education and support to clients and their families, guiding them on coping strategies, treatment options, and self-care practices for improved management of mood disorders.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and responses to therapy.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve direct engagement with clients challenged by various mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will provide vital support to individuals from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods specializing in mood disorders.

• Strong foundation in psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and navigate treatment options.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
