As a member of our remote healthcare team, you will participate in a flexible working environment that promotes work-life balance while adhering to standard business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The telehealth modality enables you to connect with clients via secure digital platforms, allowing you to provide care and support without geographical limitations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, duration, and impact of clients’ mood disorder symptoms, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse array of clients battling mood disorders, such as depression and bipolar disorder, as well as those experiencing anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or a licensed psychologist.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating mood disorders, particularly including CBT and DBT.

• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
