You will be working during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring that their unique needs and preferences are prioritized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, coping strategies, and self-care practices to promote informed, engaged, and empowered mental health management.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress of clients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and integrative approach to patient care.

• Keep abreast of the latest research in the field of mental health and mood disorders, applying new findings to your therapeutic practice.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and participate in team meetings to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the practice.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs, working to reduce stigmas surrounding mental health and promote awareness in the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Strong foundational knowledge in psychopharmacology for effective collaboration with other medical professionals.

• Track record of carrying out successful interventions and achieving positive outcomes for clients experiencing mood disorders.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
