Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes. Our therapists enjoy the freedom to create their own schedules within a Monday to Friday framework, with hours between 9 AM and 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse histories.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated and holistic care that supports clients' overall well-being.

• Educate and empower clients' families, helping to involve them actively in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records in compliance with both regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, primarily comprising adolescents and young adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges. All clients will have undergone pre-screening to ensure they are stabilized, allowing for a focused and effective therapy experience. This role emphasizes caring for clients through meaningful interactions, with the ultimate goal of enhancing their emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
