This position offers a unique remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties in an environment that promotes work-life balance while maintaining the opportunity for in-person interactions at our outpatient office. We offer regular business hours, creating a structured yet flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling you to align your personal and professional aspirations harmoniously.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms related to mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

• Employ evidence-based therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, including discussing treatment options and self-care strategies to empower their journey.

• Continuously monitor client progress, document treatment outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients suffering from a range of mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active licensure in the state of California as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.

• Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based treatment techniques for mood disorders are essential, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Familiarity with psychopharmacology and an ability to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals is highly beneficial.

• A proven track record demonstrating successful treatment outcomes with mood disorder clients.

• Superior interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Experience in an outpatient setting, particularly with clients facing mood disorders, is preferred. This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
