Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and devising personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based methods.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Respond promptly to crises by providing crisis intervention, developing safety plans, and offering immediate support to clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate actively with a range of health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to provide a comprehensive care approach.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for clients' rights and needs.

You will be working with a diverse spectrum of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in California (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
