This position primarily involves remote work while maintaining an outpatient office setting, allowing flexibility in your schedule to meet the diverse needs of our patients. Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate urgent patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique circumstances and needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that address individual patients' backgrounds and experiences.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for patients to explore their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate routinely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive treatment for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support, responding promptly to mental health emergencies to safeguard patient well-being.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Document all patient interactions accurately and confidentially, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing cultural competency training sessions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong grasp of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to effectively manage challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
