Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an essential part of our clinical team. You will be working from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, within a supportive and collaborative telehealth environment. Our platform is designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for both counselors and clients, leveraging technology to facilitate intuitive and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual, family, and group therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and welcoming virtual environment.

• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement intriguing therapeutic activities tailored to the needs of our client population.

• Partake in credentialing processes, maintain compliance with ethical guidelines, and attend interdisciplinary meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Create and update personalized treatment plans that outline client objectives, milestones, and strategies, while regularly evaluating and documenting patient progress.

• Adapt therapy techniques based on individual client needs, utilizing a range of methodologies to address various mental health challenges.

• Engage in additional clinical duties as required, contributing to the overall performance and improvement of clinical services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily focus on providing services to children and families facing developmental challenges. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding of various cultural sensitivities and the ability to form trusting relationships. Your expertise will allow you to implement empirically supported treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to promote effective coping strategies and emotional regulation.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working with children and families dealing with developmental challenges.

• Proficiency in empirically supported therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, with an openness to adopting new techniques as needed.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to care, fostering an open dialogue with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
