Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored to the needs of our clients struggling with acute or chronic mental illness.

• Participate in regular staff conferences to plan and assess treatment strategies collaboratively, ensuring every client receives comprehensive care.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs, crafting actionable treatment plans to facilitate progress toward their mental health goals.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, adjusting approaches based on client responses and outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes, adhering to state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Utilize telehealth therapy platforms to deliver mental health counseling, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility or transportation challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve older adults who may be coping with age-related mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.

• Active licensure in California as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT is required. Candidates with only an associate license, which cannot bill through Medicare, will not be considered.

• Strong self-directed work ethic and ability to thrive in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client cases effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
