Our telehealth facility allows you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, ensuring you can maintain work-life balance while providing high-quality care. You will utilize a secure electronic health record (EHR) system to document client progress and manage case notes effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support sessions aimed at addressing common mental health challenges and fostering community.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families regarding various mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse group of clients ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.
