You will work regular hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours as necessary on a rotational basis.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in working with mood disorders and related mental health conditions.

• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities, specifically CBT and DBT, that effectively address mood disorders.

• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide integrated care.
