Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge symptoms, severity, and frequency of mood disorders in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective treatment for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Regularly monitor and track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Work in conjunction with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in the management of mood disorders to continually enhance treatment efficacy.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential records of client interactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Engage in case consultations and team meetings, participating in continuing education and training focused on depression and anxiety management.

• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, promoting awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds, and we value the importance of cultural competency in delivering effective mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on treating mood disorders.
\n
• Proficient in evidence-based treatment methods such as CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate with psychiatric professionals.
\n
• Proven experience and outcomes in treating mood disorders effectively.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, along with performance bonuses. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available to incentivize new team members to join our mission.
