This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, making it easier for you to maintain a work-life balance while taking part in fulfilling clinical responsibilities. Our telehealth platform ensures seamless communication and therapeutic interaction with patients, and ongoing training in technology will be provided to ensure you feel confident in delivering care online. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies involving children and adolescents, demonstrating a calm and supportive presence.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to continue growing as a mental health professional.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents struggling with mental health challenges, ranging from common issues such as anxiety and depression to more severe conditions requiring specialized care. Your role will be instrumental in partnering with families, guiding them through the therapeutic process, and equipping them with strategies to foster resilience in their children.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Comprehensive knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and the application of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, displaying a compassionate and child-centered demeanor.

• Proficient abilities to build rapport with children, adolescents, and their families, ensuring they feel supported and understood.

• Competency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools pertinent to modern therapy practices.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with additional experience in pediatric or adolescent mental health care will be given preferential consideration. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques, as well as continuing education and training in the latest therapeutic practices, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mind Remedy Counseling Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
