Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is a plus, as we currently offer remote sessions to meet client needs.

• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is advantageous for navigating administrative tasks related to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
