Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their specific mental health needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as other modalities.

• Engage in clear and consistent communication with interdisciplinary teams to share assessment results and inform the overall care plan, participating in documentation and team meetings to ensure collaborative treatment approaches.

• Complete the necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner, meeting departmental standards and ethical requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass diverse backgrounds, including adolescents and families experiencing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological challenges. Qualifications\n
