Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Maxiworks Therapy Inc., you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience delivering clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.

• Proficient knowledge of and experience in implementing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional writing skills for precise documentation and reporting of client interactions and treatment plans.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license in any jurisdiction.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
