Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs and collaboratively formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions, to individuals, groups, and families.
\n
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team comprising case managers, clinical psychologists, and psychiatrists to provide comprehensive care that addresses every facet of clients' mental health.

• Manage crisis situations by providing immediate intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives, including workshops and webinars, to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals from various backgrounds and communities encompassing children, adolescents, and adults who face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse disorders, and family-related issues. The therapist in this role will work closely with clients to build trusting relationships and create culturally sensitive therapeutic interventions that resonate with their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to establish rapport and build enduring therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A deep commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and communities.

• Strong organizational skills and time-management capabilities to ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with a multicultural clientele and an understanding of social determinants of mental health.

• Proven track record of employing evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings.

• Experience in crisis intervention and case management.

• Previous telehealth experience is highly desirable.
