Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and administer a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate and enhance care delivery.

• Participate in regular case consultation meetings and peer reviews, contributing insights and learning from the shared expertise of colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Remain informed of the latest research, advancements, and best practices in the mental health field to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults who may struggle with various mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n
